the people were the kindest🤍, felt so safe and they were so helpful. cleaned the room as soon as we went out for breakfast. close to restaurants and the lagoon. nice swimmingpool and pretty garden.

We really liked the room, super pretty and really comfortable beds. The pool area was nice to relax and the staff super friendly. The hotel only offers a few rooms and has a very familiar atmosphere which we liked a lot! The location was perfect for us, it’s a 5 min walk from the main square but therefore more quiet. The breakfast is not in the hotel but you get a voucher each morning for a cafe on the main square. It’s simple (eggs, fruit & coffee) but we liked that is was included in the price.

Very central and confortable Hotel for a short stay to visit Bacalar. The central plaza is a few blocks away, easy access to the lake too and very good restaurants nearby. The room is cozy and clean and the staff extremely helpful!

We rally enjoyed the swimming pool area, which was very peaceful and a nice hideout for the windy day. The hotel looks especially nice in the dark when all the lights are lit up in the garden. The location was very handy with all cafes and restaurants being within a short walking distance.
